Kindergarten Screening –
April 11 & 12, 2018
Parents should bring to screening:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Parents will be given a packet of information about dental, vision and immunizations to be completed by August 2018.
Northern Wells Community Schools – call school to sign up
Kindergarten Round-up – April 19, 2015, 4:00 and 5:30 pm
(Both Lancaster, 565-3135 and Ossian Elementary School, 622-4179)
Parents and students are asked to attend one session.
Students will work with teachers and tour the building as well as tour a bus.
Parents are asked to bring a government issued birth certificate and immunizations record (if you have it). They will receive a packet of information about the next school year along with health forms and they will also sign up for Kindergarten screening.
Kindergarten Screening
Parents will bring their child at the assigned time .

Kindergarten Screening Dates
Testing for Kindergarten Screening will be held on the following dates:
- Wednesday, May 9, 2018
- Thursday, May 10, 2018
Please call the elementary office at 765-728-2121 to schedule a testing time for your student.
Registration packets can be picked up during school hours.
Call, e-mail, or stop in the office to obtain a packet.
When registering, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization information are needed.
