United Way of Wells County creates and distributes a Getting Ready for Kindergarten calendar each July. The calendar is full of lots of ideas each week that you can engage in with your child – ideas that don’t cost any money – ideas that educate and teach your child every day.
These calendars are mailed to all three and four year old children and distributed through the Wells County Public Libraries. If you do not already receive one and would like one, please call the United Way office at 260-824-5589 and one will be mailed to you.
In addition, parent guides are mailed quarterly. These guides provide activities, suggested books and songs based on the age of your young children. We know you are busy and we want to make it easier for you to enjoy activities with your children. These guides are also mailed to Imagination Library recipients, as well as being available at the libraries.
